What's the highest towing capacity tractor trailer truck available?

I need the make and model (and link to specifications if possible) to a tractor trailer truck that has an extremely high towing capacity.



I was looking at Mack trucks, and it seems that they have less towing capacity and horsepower than a Silverado / F350 / Ram, to my surprise.What's the highest towing capacity tractor trailer truck available?
