What is the legal towing length of a truck, a fifth wheel, and boat in Alberta?

I was wondering what the legal towing length is when pulling a fifth wheel with a boat behind the fifth wheel in the province of Alberta. What is the legal towing length of a truck, a fifth wheel, and boat in Alberta?
Generally, it is against the law to tow more than one trailer except as provided under specific circumstances outlined in the Traffic Safety Act. A driver may operate a combination of a towing unit and two trailers if the combination meets the following requirements:

The lead trailer must be towed by a pin-and-plate fifth-wheel coupling, mounted over the rear axle of the towing vehicle and fastened to its frame.

The lead trailer must have two or more axles in tandem.

The longer trailer must be the lead trailer.

The hitch connecting the lead trailer and the second trailer must be fastened to the frame of the lead trailer.

The total combination length for a towing unit and one or more trailers shall not exceed 20 metres.

This does not apply to a combination that is being operated for commercial purposes.
