...Think of a 1 in 100 chance of something going wrong as being [directly] due to a 1% excess (an extra 13kg).
What you are considering attempting would make that likelihood nearly 8 times more probable...
You may have better handling with more weight in the car and a proper look at your brakes, newly fitted and tested - evaluate, is that extra 110kg another person and some luggage? Can there be a better distribution of load across the vehicle and trailer?
What is the bare minimum you can carry?

Can I pull a little more than the recommended towing capacity for my car?The answer you chose totally ignores the illegality of the situation, by trying to justify the odds of having an accident, at the end of the day it will be some other poor soul who ends up in A %26amp; E or worst, god help you if it was a member of my family.

You risk your own life as well as anyone else on the road if you have an accident, your could affect the balance of your car, damage the engine, and it is illegal.Can I pull a little more than the recommended towing capacity for my car?

You should put on a external transmission cooler. Get a towing kit for lights etc. I would`nt tow any thing bigger than a tent trailer.
Not safe at all. That trailer will push you all over the road and you wont be able to stop it.
