I had my car towed($400) for parking in a no parking zone(was in hurry didnt see sign). Will my car insurance towing coverage cover any of this(limit is $100 but better than nothing). I also put this on my credit card and my credit card does reimburse up to $50 for towing expence. The towing coverage on your insurance will not cover this. It covers tows due to mechanical break down. It does not cover getting towed b/c of a parking violation.
