as long as it is in neutral, you will be fine.
As long as the hubs aren't locked in the axle won't be turning. Just make sure the transmission not the transfer is in neutral.When towing a 4wheel drive vehicle, is it necessary to remove the driveshaft?
If Auto trans might be a issue%26gt;Unless your tranfer case has a neutral%26gt; Call Ford and ask for sure %26gt; If manaul trans tow away%26gt;
If it is an automatic you do. If standard transmission no problem.
automatic or manual trans doesnt matter, what does is the transfer case.
