Why do I keep seeing pickup trucks towing other pickup trucks on the highway?

I recently drove across the country to TN and kept seeing pickup trucks towing other pickup trucks down the highway, a sight I had not seen before, especially in such high frequency. Is there any likely explanation?Why do I keep seeing pickup trucks towing other pickup trucks on the highway?

some of them are rv trailer hauler they have 4 doors trucks 1 driver drive the other sleep rotating on there way to the factory they bring 2 trailers to delivery point
