My dog is a little bully and has a foot fetish.?

We've had a new cat for about two months. She has been isolated in a bedroom upstairs due to fleas. To take care of her, my sisters and I have gone into the room closing the door behind us. Our jack russel couldn't stand that and would dig at the door and try to get into the room. It's recently been decided that our dog should meet the cat. He chased her about the room barking every time she hissed and batted at him. It's been further decided just to open the door and let the cat explore the house and let the dog freely walk about the bedroom. He only takes interest it when one of us is in the room then proceeds to bark at the cat sending her into the closet. The only time our cat has been able to roam the house is when our dog is asleep and covered up. She is fine wondering around until the dog spots her and sends her back upstairs chasing her all the way. He now refuses to be covered up and watches the stairs leading up to the be rooms. He chases her back up to the bedrooms every time he spots her and she is afraid to go anywhere when the bedroom door is opened. The cat has not harmed us and minds her own business, why is our dog a little bully?

Onto the foot fetish. Whenever one of my sisters or I lay down with our jack russel at our feet, he decides that it would be a great idea to start licking our feet. This ranges from a few minutes to maybe ten. If we put our hands over our feet to stop him, he licks our hands too. Does anybody have an idea why he does that?My dog is a little bully and has a foot fetish.?
Love your dog, sounds awesome, the cat issue is that its his prey drive and with the cat running he wins every time and its fun. Slow down the introduction part by holding him. correcting him that it is wrong.

Feet - some dogs just like the salt on the skin or are just taking care of you. Allow or start correcting, ether way its ok.My dog is a little bully and has a foot fetish.?
when ever you see you dog going to chase the cat tell him off. to get them used to each other i would suggest to get a cage and put the dog or the cat in it. put them both in one room (including the cage) and set one animal free to sniff the other and so they can get used to each other. you could change other the animals so they can both be free at one point.

for the foot fetish i have no idea what that is about.
