Anyone breeding dogs based on color or physical features is not breeding APBTs.The APBT is a working/performance breed and should be bred based on its accomplishments and abilities as a working animal.



Even the clean UKC dogs are really AmStaffs,look at the peds.The UKC favored Staffs for years and only recently ended their dual registration.



Breeding a dog based on color is stupid.Buying one based on color is also a bad approach.Having a preference is fine,but passing up a good dog for one that is a certain color is crazy.



Anyhow,your best bet is to look for an AmStaff.Or a UKC dog backed by Staffs.Many of the blue UKC dogs have a lot of Bully blood in the mix,be sure to see a ped before you buy!.Im looking for a pure blue american pit bull terrier ukc show dog thats not a bully?
I have contacts with a kennel who breeds primarily blue dogs (blue, or blue fawn, and other blue type colors) who has excellent conformation. UKC registered.

EDIT2: Yes, they are American Pit Bull Terriers registered with UKC. You can show your dog and compete in conformation if you so desire.

No dog is a bully if trained correctly unless it has a mental illness! If you find one that is registered and already showing then chances are it has been well trained.
