i was on myspace talking to my friend who moved schools and i decided to go to serebii.net and it started acting funny and i got windows police defender (i dont think serebii is the virus im 99.99 % sure its mixer cuz after i went to that site i got a windows pc defender virus but thats another story) anyway i tried to do system restore but it gives me a error report and wont let me access it i tried to use the task manager and get rid of it but again wont let me get to it i need a way to get this crap off my comp and i have no problem with wiping my comp i just dont know how or i it will let meWINDOWS POLICE PRO VIRUS HELP ITS SCREWING MY COMP UP?

The reason why you cannot open task manager is that it has been blocked by the virus. The following malicious processes should be terminated (see how to http://www.pcindanger.com/windows-police鈥?/a> ):

Try Malwarebytes from safe mode with networking. To do so, Restart the computer and press F8 until you have options during start up. Then choose safe mode with networking. Download malwarebytes from http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-An鈥?/a> , and change the name from SOMETHING like "mbam_setup.exe" to "qzavdf.exe" or any other gibberish. Install it.
