I have Windows XP Pro Edition on my comp I want to change to Home Edition ..pLs how can do that?

You need to buy windows home edition CD. And after you do that. You just insert the cd and it should walk you through. u will lose all ur info tho. cuz u need to reformat the pc .. please pick me as best answer.. i really need the points.

Why the hell would you do that? However it is as simple as booting from the cd and reinstalling Windows.

In order to install XP home, all you need is a copy of Windows Home. You can boot up and install your OS. Be aware that doing this is going to wipe out everything on your hard drive, meaning you will lose all installed apps, music, photos, etc.



Also, as pointed out above, Home is a downgrade from Professional.
