W/C injury 05/05 w/c benefits stoped 11/05 (missed appt.) Attrny advised me to file for state dis. I did on a different injury. Had independent Doc. evaluation 10/06. If put back on W/C pay roll can adjuster depreciate the difference from a different injury? (approx. 12 mo. of benefits) Or will I receive 2 checks?
