Let her have it for an hour, take it away for an hour. I would restrict her to three hours a day though if it is a hard rubber type toy. I let my dogs keep it until they are done. Of course if you bought the 2ft long one, you might want to take it away until the next day.
No, it's fine. Let her chew on it for as long as she wants. Bully Sticks are very good for your dog and cause no harm.
