Watching my weight and I usually log everything into livestrong (used to be the daily plate) but I can not find how many calories are in ruby's croutons anywhere online. Can anyone help? It seems easy to find the calories for the things that are on the menu but not the things that are at the salad bar. Makes it hard to track the amount of calories that I ate. I did watch my portion size but I'm still curious. Thanks!Does anyone know how many calories are in Ruby Tuesday's croutons?
Not sure. Try calorieking.com. They have a huge nutritional database. Hope you find it. :)
