Chocolate martini or it may be a cocktail?

I have this weird fasination with reading the drink menu at restaurants (its weird because im not of age yet so im just looking at all the different martinis and cocktails)

anyways, i remember seeing a chocolate martini (or cocktail) but i dont remember what restaurant had it!! my sister thinks it may have been Ruby Tuesday but we're not sure and my 21st bday is coming up and id really like to try this out!!

So, my question is What restaurant serves a chocolate martini or cocktail??Chocolate martini or it may be a cocktail?
Chocolate Martini's are fine if you get the right bartender! Though, they are strong and vary in recipes.

Lady Godiva Chocolate Martini

Ingredients

2 ounces of Godiva Dark Chocolate liqueur

2 ounces of Creme de Cacao

1 ounce of half-and-half

2 ounces of premium vodka

1 tablespoon of shaved white chocolate

2 well chilled, martini glasses

The mix

Combine the Godiva Chocolate liqueur, Creme de Cacao, and vodka into a cocktail shaker half full of cracked ice.

Shake for one full minute.

Add the half-and-half to the shaker and gently swirl (circular motion).

Strain your fine chocolate creation into your martini glasses.

Top each martini with shaved chocolate.

Traditional Chocolate Martini

Ingredients

1 1/2 Shot Premium Vodka

1/2 Shot Creme de Cacao Liqueur

Ice cubes

Pour the vodka and liqueur into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until very cold, pour into a sugared or chocolate rimmed martini glass.

There are more, but you get the idea.

I wouldn't recommend martini's on your 21st B-day. Usually your party will be trying to get you to drink shots and all kinds of nonsense. Martinis are a dangerous drink when you are partying. They are pretty much straight alcohol concoted to be smooth. They sneak up on you.

Take time to enjoy a martini when you are just relaxing and only having one or two drinks.

Personally one martini is not enough and 2 is too many. Use your head, have fun and make sure you have cab fare or a designated driver at the end of the night!!

Happy 21st!Chocolate martini or it may be a cocktail?
I tried one in an Italian restaurant in Naples, Florida it was a chocolate Martini and it was YUCKY- GROSS, and i like chocolate!!
I've never heard of a chocolate martini, but it doesn't sound very good if the martini is made the traditional way with vodka and vermouth. And if there's chocolate in it, forget the olive. I might suggest an after-dinner drink such as a grasshopper, or something made with creme de cocoa. Another one of my favorites is Smith %26amp; Kerns, made with kahlua (coffee liqueur) and cream. The kahlua is on the bottom part of the glass, and the cream rises to the top. It's an interesting and very yummy drink. Sorry about the chocolate martini -- I have no idea which restaurants serve it, but you might ask around to different bartenders. They could tell you in a heartbeat. Good luck!Chocolate martini or it may be a cocktail?
to add to reginavegas recipe, soften a hershey bar in the microwave and rim your glass then freeze the martini glass for the added presentation!!
The flavored "tini's" are a very popular fad now days, and from experience I know you can walk into almost any bar or restaurant and order a chocolate martini.. you might want to try an apple-tini as well..very delish. but these are stronger than you think so all things in moderation...Chocolate martini or it may be a cocktail?
chocolate martinis are so yummy. they are made with vanilla vodka, baileys and godiva chocolate liqeuor usually. at least that is how i have had them. i know applebees has them on their menu. i have also had them at outback and chili's. most bartenders can make one if they have the ingredients.
If you don't find a restaurant, you can make chocolate martinis at home. Try the ones at the link below:
