Ok go to your pc manufacturers web site and clic on downloads or drivers, you will need your pc make and model here you can download and install the correct drivers for your pc, or go to www.driveragent.com once you have the driver page up clic on scan it will scan your pc and tell you which drivers are bad or missing then you will know which sound drivers you require, you can download and install them directly from driver agent But you have to subscibe it is quite cheap and well worth it for future use.
