Dinner menu ideas.. What's your favs?

I have a restaurant that's only open for breakfast and lunch. I am expanding, and would like to serve dinner as well. I'd like to hear your favorites when you go to a restaurant for dinner, and any other ideas you may have. I'm interested in ideas for chicken, beef, pork, pasta, seafood, and vegetarian.

I have a few ideas of my own, and your opinion would be great!

Herb roasted 1/2 chicken

Chicken and Biscuits

Meatloaf

Shrimp or Chicken Linguine

Also, all dinners will be served with choice of soup or salad, and fresh baked roll. The atmosphere is a bit more upper class than Ruby Tuesdays.

Thank you all. YOU ROCK!!Dinner menu ideas.. What's your favs?

ASPARAGUS AND ZUCCHINI FRITTATA

1/3 cup each chopped onion and shredded mozzarella cheese

12 oz fresh or one 10 oz pkg frozen asparagus

1 small yellow bell pepper, cut into strips

1/2 small zucchini, halved lengthwise and sliced

1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers, drained

2 cups refrigerated or frozen egg product, thawed, or 8 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 tbs fresh dill or 1 tsp dry

3/4 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

2 tbs flour

4 tbs finely shredded Parmesan cheese

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Coat a 2 Quart rectangular baking dish with cooking spray, set aside. If using fresh asparagus, trim woody bases. Cut into 1" pieces.

3. In a saucepan, bring 1" water to a boil. Add asparagus, yellow pepper, zucchini and onion. Cover and simmer until tender. Drain well. Stir in roasted peppers. Spread asparagus pepper mixture in baking dish and sprinkle with half of the mozzarella.

4. Whisk together egg product, milk, dill, salt and pepper. Whisk in flour, making sure it is completely combined. Pour over vegetables in baking dish. Bake uncovered 35 min. or until slightly puffed. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and the Parmesan. Let stand 10 min. before serving. MAKES 8 SERVINGS.*

Sounds delicious.

If you can, try to incorporate a good cut of steak. My BF and father only order steaks wen dining out.

I also enjoy a good BBQ stuffed potato. IDK why, but if it's on the menu, I order it.

I would add a few different pasta dishes, because lots of people enjoy pasta, but I prefer a penne or bowtie as opposed to a fettuccine or linguine pasta.

A MUST HAVE is chicken fried steak. It's a staple. You must have it on the menu!

Try a lemon pepper chicken breast, pork chops, and maybe pot roast with rosemary potatoes. Yummy.
wraps are always a huge hit. I like BLT wraps, personally.

A favorite burger of mine is honey wheat kaiser roll, turkey burger, gouda cheese and bacon, it's delicious. You can season the burger meat anyway you'd like, but I like to add garlic seasoning, onion powder, worcestershire sauce and soy.

here's a whole lots of sandwiches and wraps recipes w/ pictures and reviews.

I usually go for the chicken dishes, personally. So a roasted chicken like you are suggesting, plus maybe a chicken cacciatore (spelling?) dish. I know that my guy really loves his ribs, so that's an option. And a really good cut of steak would be nice. "Steak Au Poivre" (peppercorn/cognac sauce) with little roasted potatoes is really nice too, I'd order that for sure. Would a beer battered fish and chips dish be ok for your style of restaurant? Cuz you know, I'd also order that, lol. Good luck!
Spaghetti with big ol' meatballs
