TGI Friday's and Ruby Tuesdays ..?

what are the calories and fat grams in some of the food at these restaurants ?? i cant find friday's calories for their healthy section of the menu anywhere =[ i am on a low fat and low calorie dietTGI Friday's and Ruby Tuesdays ..?
Use your head and guesstimate.

Fried food, or something covered in butter or gravy is probably not a good choice for a low fat diet.

My suggestion would be to read more about healthy eating instead of getting the calorie template for every restaurant you eat at. Also- eating out is almost the most fattening thing you can do. Most of the food made at restaurants is much more fattening than something you can make at home.

Your best bet is to avoid restaurants and fast food. Anything that you can make at home is almost for sure going to be more healthy than at a restaurant. Try going to whole food stores, or just buying fresh produce and some fresh meat.

Again, my advice would be to read more about healthy eating, and how your body works rather than taking the lazy way out, and just counting calories. You will be much more successful in your weight loss if you understand how your body works in digesting and using the food that you consume, rather than just making sure you eat under a certain amount of calories a day.

You should know that the calorie content is just a calorie count of the make up of protein, carbohydrates, and fat content. You should also know that per 1 gram of any of these, fat has the highest calorie count, packing 9 calories per 1 gram of fat.

Fat is good for your body in certain amounts, and certain kinds.

Do some research on the internet- it is very easy to find articles about healthy eating, and the breakdown of foods.

Good Luck on losing weight.
