What can i do, my dog is a bully!?

I have 2 dogs a toy 3 lb chihuahua and a 40 lb terrier/chihuahua mix, The big dog will not let the little dog have any toy or anything, he always runs over and takes whatever the lil chihuahua has so the lil dog can't play with anything. you can scold your dog when doing something mean. dont phisically hurt it though. you can also put the bigger dog in the crate with some toys for like 20 min. then switch off and have the little dog in the crate for the same time with toys

train them, bring them to the vet, put them on meds, punish them, but dont abuse them.

every time he steals the toy away reprimand him and give the toy back to the little guy eventually hell stop doing it

It's a typical alpha behaviour.

There are a couple of options.

For example when you notice that behaviour, say "No!" in a loud firm voice - just enough to startle him - and then put him on his leash and make him stay on his leash for a while. He will soon associate that particular behaviour with your displeasure and restriction in his play.
