First the bloodline determines the size a pit grows to be. If bulk is not part of the genetics in your particular bloodline, you are wasring your time. If it is, feed high pro food and work out o lot. Routines all require a lot of physical fitness on your part. If you can't hold up to it, you will need someone who can.

Running up hills, especially sand or loose dirt, pulling weight with a harness. Train to jump vertical a lot to balance muscles . Just like anything you would do to build only adapted for dogs. I have bred and trained several bloodlines of pits for 35+ years. With an early start and a whole lot of patience and work, you can train them for ANYTHING!
You don't have any *pitbulls*. Which is Pit Bull which is a generic term for any mix of a bully dog and is often used to describe what is not even CLOSE to a bully dog. I have seen people refer to a pure bred Boxer as a *Pit Bull*.

Why not just treat your dogs well. Give them lots of love and not worry about what dogs on the Internet look like? You can have them pull things if you just have to have them look big and bad. Me,I don't get it.

As much as I hate to agree with angy, spiteful people the other 2 posters are correct. Those are mixed dogs and unless your dog has that particular genetic mix it won't look like those dogs.
You don't, those freak of nature atrocities are bred to look like that. Genes, good food and exercise control your dogs body type
you can't.
