if you do it right (pull someone out of snowbank) it shouldn't hurt it but best thing would be not to if its a little SUV and it would depend what you are pulling out also so if its a little car should be fine but if its a big truck no way.What happens if my SUV pulls something beyond towing weight?
It won't do any damage to your vehicle as long as you realize when yours can't pull that much weight and stops. Do you have recovery hooks on the front? Receiver hitch on the back?
Tow straps? Is it 4 wheel drive?
